The nastiest McDonald's I have ever been to!!!!! And ive seen a few bad mcdonalds. The decor is typical of a nice McDonald's but it was beyond lacking inside. No tables have been wiped down. The trash is overflowing. The floors are filthy. We had to wait for drink cups because the staff are to busy on their phones to work. One customer said she has been waiting 20 minutes for them to fix the burger they had messed up. All employees are in the back and nobody to run the dining room. Seems like a mismanagement from the management. Definitely lacking. After receiving my food, I had to return my fries for new due to a long hair being on my fries. As you notice in the photo I shave my hair. So no possible to be my hair. Lol. They had to show all employees the hair and take 10 minutes to get me new fries. Ridiculous. And with service like this McDonald's wonders why their revenue is decreasing. Would be bankrupt if it wasn't for them being so cheap.

Once again I thought I would give them a chance and once again I got the shaft! Thought I would do a mobile order, pulled in entered my parking spot in the app and it said about 5 minutes, almost 20 minutes later I had to call the store and ask where my food was. How can the first restaurant to have drive through service for fast food suck so bad at fast food?

Fast service and food was fresh. Drink session was a little dirty.

Nobody in front of us yet had to pull up for 3 dang happy meals and waited 10 minutes for them put the happy meals in bags. The lady at the back drive that looks like a man is also rude af. You need an attitude adjustment and maybe just maybe if she wasn’t worried bout talking to every body inside the building maybe just maybe they’d all actually be able to get some work done. Glad I don’t live near this location because I’ll definitely never return. Picture of our “happy meal” 😂🤣
