Hard to get an actual person on the line and I am still waiting over a week later for the information they said they would get back to me with.

I really don't know what to say. Every time I attempt to call Waste Management, i can NEVER get a live person on the line. The automated service is terrible! The service over the past fifteen years has really gone down a bit. I am aware that there have been cutbacks at Waste Management, but the customers should not have to suffer for it.

Just depends on the weight, I took a 1 ton ford dump truck in there not to long ago cost 115$ truck was full of old shingles and plywood.
