Great place to live. I am from St. Charles and I feel very safe here. Management is great .. Very attentive, and serious about security. Everyone is very nice and respectful of the other tenants. Steve and Lexi in the office are very knowledgeable and helpful if you need anything. I also like that there is a 24 hr front desk attendant and the garage security actually drive around watching the place so it's very secure. Another plus is there is a large convenient store right in the building. Would definitely recommend. I'm in the riverfront 1 bedroom 750 sf

They have furnished and unfurnished apartments
It depends studio/1 BR starts around $650-$700 (approximately) And then it goes up from there.. It's better if you check at the leasing office for exact prices based on your requirements.
Yes they do allow pets with a nominal charge
I know they have studios and allow dogs. Not sure about the credit requirements
