I have been to this clinic several times, and each time I get the same feelings afterwards. These people that work here are so stuck up. They give you nasty looks when you are not looking, and all you receive is attitude when asking simple questions. Keep this in mind when planning your next visit at an Optical Center.

Its Kaiser...I have a dedicated optometrist and opthalmologist (separate office) because I'm a member. Those have been great. I have purchased my glasses other places at times.
Hi Frank, Unfortunately, scratches in lenses cannot be fixed/removed. If the scratches are interfering with your vision, then we recommend that you have the lens(es) replaced. Thanks.
