I just signed my third lease with The Monroe Apts and it has been a great experience. I love the maintenance team and staff— they quickly address everything I need done and always find any solutions to help make my experience better. Having a furnished apartment is a super big plus as a student that lives out of state and the quality has been great. I love spending time at the pool and the fitness center (which was just updated!!!). The complex is on the better side of Bloomington and close to everything you would need.

I have loved my time at the Monroe. Maintenance is great at coming whenever you need something fixed it’s usually pretty quick and they are very good with animals! Loved the roommate choosing experience and matching! I got one of my newest best friends out of that experience!

My experience at Monroe is great! Perfect location, furnished apartment, gym, swimming pool…you name it!! A great place for students who do not want to live far from campus and still experience living in apartment with friends or meet random people.

Its a perfect system. You have furnished apartments of your choice. Choose the roommates, fill out the form. Any issues put in maintenance request and it will be taken care of. Has a swimming pool, sand volleyball pit, basketball and bunch of sports. Features small lakes and a bench to admire the view.
