Told me to make an appointment when I’ve never had to before. I went home and proceeded to call to schedule an appointment, reached the wrong department and the person on the other side went through the entire process, pulled up the required info that I needed, and actually helped me, although I will still have to go and get it in person.

Kathleen from the collector of revenue was very rude and unprofessional. After telling her what we were there for, she judged us and laughed in our faces about it. Like what we were requesting was unbelievable because we should’ve known. She continued to be rude and insinuated that I was a spoiled brat because my dad bought this car for me that I was asking about. I hope to never get her again if I need to go back. I couldn’t believe I went there only to be judged for asking for help from someone who should be there to do exactly that!! I’m only giving this 2 star instead of 1 because the security officers and the lady at the front were so kind.

I came down to pay my Real estate tax yesterday, the lady that took care of me was very rude and hardly answered any my questions you really need to speak with them about that I was giving you money I’m very disappointed . I inherited this house from my parents and they passed away so I got behind on the taxes but that’s no reason to be rude to me it’s not even the main house that I live in and that was not my bill.
