I had ordered over 5k worth of TMI items for a 68 Camaro. We were missing a paid of visors, a $99 item. They indicated that the item was in the boxes. We double triple checked all of the boxes and nothing was there. They told me the item shipped and its not their problem that the visor wasn't there. Sue advised me to pay and place another order. Horrible customer service. I have 3 more cars interiors I was going to order from them but not no more. Do not buy from them, their customer service is horrible. Update...Both items were mentioned during my first phone call to them. It is not my fault that the drop shipped items for the weather stripping was missing pieces. That was taken care of but the visors were not. We have a shop that has over 26 cars. We have a process where we mark and check all inventory that comes in. The visors were not in there.
