Staff was rude, spoke negatively and jokingly about clients, in their presence. Despite clients providing tips, they were very judgmental regarding how much was tipped. One client was bleeding from the threading and was not stopping, when client wanted to take a look in the mirror, they would prevent her from doing so. I also had a friend go on a different occasion for his eyebrows and they were not even.

I had them laugh at the tip I left. It wasn't in English but you can understand what they were saying. Which isn't nice because other people who work don't even get a tip option. I have heard some people be complaining as they do the service too which also makes it uncomfortable. For sure your experience changes depending who is there working. One lady made my mom's cheek bleed too. It was after when they made fun of the tip so who knows if it was an accident or just didn't do her best because of the tip 🤷‍♀️

This is my favorite place! They are so nice and they actually listen to what you tell them. I love how they take their time to perfect my eyebrows. They have never messed them up. I’ve been coming here for 2 years now and I will never go elsewhere.

Not so great anymore, they changed the seats from soft to hard chairs with massage, so now it hurts to sit in that chair and it feels like being punched in my back. The manicure was not the best. A man gave me one, won't be going back.
