I dig this place but had a bad experience yesterday thar Greg tge manager had to end up fixing. I asked the sales guy behind the counter if he had a certain item in a box in the back. He goes ba k and gets me sorta what I asked for. He sold me a floor model item that had none of the items in the box that belonged there. I usually window shop and order offline to keep that from happening but I wanted this item and took the risk and got burned. Again the manager Greg did make it right after I had to go back uo there

I have gone to this location many of times and like many music producers, artists and musicians have spent lots of money at this store. I had a recent encounter with this store..... Terrible Service, Terrible Manager and honestly. I just don't think they want to sell anything.... Do yourself a favor. DON'T SHOP HERE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY OR ENERGY From a former Regualr advocate and customer, just find what you're looking for elsewhere. Shop at a local music store.... just don't shop here! You'll appreciate it later

Without calling the store it's hard to say 100% if they will be open or not but I would be surprised if they will be closed (shorter hours maybe). Best bet, and safest, is when in doubt call the store in question and ask an employee rather thasn asking other consumers.

Rentals yes. Roading (i.e. set up & tear down) is up to the musicians.
They might online. Typically, if one is in stock, it's the black one.
Call and ask or go up there and fill out an application. They normally are hiring anf there are 2 locations here in Saint Louis.
