Apartments smell like cigarettes' and weed every single darn day. I think its at its worst at the beginning of the month. I bought an 1100 sq feet air purifier and it struggles to keep up with the stench. I do NOT recommend living here. Office staff are nice but disregard any comments about the air quality. Go live somewhere else. The maintenance staff are great people and take care of maintenance requests in a timely manner. The surrounding areas are nice, BUT my apartment's air quality is TRASH. hence my rating of 1/5 stars. P.S I have toddlers. Edit: months later 12/2021 Management has reached out to resolve the issues and since the environment has improved within the residence. Because of this I will improve my rating to 4 stars.

I've moved here in 2018 due to the fact they were able to move me in fairly quickly at a reasonable price, especially with the amount of sq. feet you get. The first two years were good, and they also worked with me being a military member and having short notice to be out of town I will say the past year, the new neighbors have been a mixture of immature kids that don't understand courtesy of the late night jam sessions or dog owners who let their pets off a leash and sniff and jump on unsuspecting people (Would recommend staff to adopt a bad neighbor policy). Overall: I would recommend this place as the staff were friendly and my maintenance was also solved either same day or the very next.
