I wouldn’t give any stars if that were an option. Has UNFORTUNATELY recently came under new management within the last 8 months. Their manager Abigail is rude and unprofessional. Her preferred form of communication is texting, or should I say pestering me daily about re-applying for my apartment and forcing all existing tenants to pay the application fee just to re-apply to continue to live there. On top of that my air conditioning has been out for over 2 weeks. July 15th to be exact. I made a maintenance request day of. No one even responded to my request for almost 24 hours. Finally someone was sent to my unit at 6 PM the next day. That worker left wires exposed in my apartment which they are still sitting exposed. He reported that there was also an electrical issue and that an electrician would need to come out. Luckily I was house sitting the week of the 18th and wouldn’t be at my apartment for a week, hoping when I got home everything would be resolved. On the 17th, The apartment’s maintenance team entered my apartment unannounced with no notice and installed a chiller in my bedroom. It leaked all over my bedroom floor and down to my neighbor’s apartment causing damage to both units. They didn’t offer to clean her apartment or repair the damage to her ceiling. She was forced to clean it herself. They also didn’t bother telling me it leaked, and that they stained their footprints into my bedroom carpet and completely ruined it. They also knocked my mirror over, luckily it didn’t break. In addition to that, they left 2 lights on. I reached out to Abigail and her only concern is me re-signing my lease by the deadline. “A vendor is scheduled to look at your air” was the only response I got. Someone else called me Kelly I believe telling me someone was supposed to be coming on Friday July 29th at 7 AM and no one ever showed up!! Our pool that we PAY for was supposed to open Memorial Day weekend and it didn’t open until July 5th. This company is a joke. They don’t care about you, only your money. They’re hiking up prices and not updating any of the already outdated apartments. Look anywhere but here. Oh, and West Mound, don’t bother responding to my review telling me you’ll look into it because we both know you won’t.

I moved here from out of state. The day I was supposed to move in I wasnt allowed to have my keys at noon as the lease stated because the carpets were still being cleaned. When I showed back up at 2pm with my movers in tow, the property manager was still in my apartment cleaning it. She explained that she wasn't sure what happened but it never got cleaned nor painted. God bless her for trying but the apartment REEKED of cigarettes and still does. To make matters worse the kitchen cabinets are cheap fiber board and stained with food and grease. Its an uncleanable surface. I was promised a phone call either Friday afternoon or Monday. Never received it. Would I recommend this complex? Currently that's a big heck no. If they make anything right I will update this review.
