I was looking for ramen place near Hendersonville area and this restaurant came up in the search. Overall it’s a pleasant experience. Friendly staff and owner. Food was quick and hot but not meeting my expectation for authentic Japanese food and ramen soup in general. We ordered seafood spicy ramen and chicken cutlet with curry. The chicken cutlet wasn’t traditional Japanese cutlet. They’re chicken tenders breaded in panko bread crumbs. The curry tasted good but a bit runny. Seafood spicy ramen soup was spicy. It came with mussels, shrimps, squids and veggies. No ramen egg or other usual ramen toppings. A lot of broth with no toppings and small amount of seafood in such a big bowl. We’ll come back to try a different dish. If you’re looking for authentic Japanese food and a bowl of good authentic ramen, this is not the right place for it.

I've been a long time visitor of this Sapporo location. The people have always been very welcoming and provide some of the best Japanese and Korean food I've had in the city. It's in an unassuming little space that they renovated a few years ago for a cool industrial vibe. Walk on in and seat yourself. Someone will be along shortly to get you started on some really good food. Love that they have options for any size meal. Grab a quick roll or hot appetizer or a huge and generous bento box.

First time eating Sapporo. I called in a take out order, 2 sushi rolls, Philadelphia & Crunchy Crab. Super fresh, generous portions of salmon & crab. Awesome price. This is my new "go-to" place for sushi.

Sapporo has never let us down for wonderful sushi and a wonderfully friendly staff! Joyful greetings and happy smiles always welcome us, and make a point to get to know their repeat customers (they ask us if we want our favorite drinks before we even mention it). Highly recommended for an easy and reasonably priced high quality sushi "go to".
