We played 9 escape rooms while visiting Seattle this week (3 of which were hosted by Hourglass Escapes) and really enjoyed each game! We ranked Evil Dead 2 as our 2nd favorite, Arkham Horrors 3rd, and the Ghostly Galleons 8th. We absolutely loved the horror element from Evil Dead 2 and appreciated the teamwork required to complete certain puzzles. Arkham Horrors is their new game, and we definitely recommend it! There’s some seriously cool tech and special effects built into the convincing set design. Ghostly Galleons was a fun game as well, but we decided it didn’t stack up to the other games. Shoutout to Miranda, Ethan, and Seth for hosting us and creating such an incredible experience for each game!

Played Ghostly Gallon and had a blast. The game had some really unique puzzles we have never seen and that's really saying something for us since we have played quite a few games. Ethan was an amazing host as well! Can't wait to come back to play the rest of the games here :)

I took my team to Hourglass Escapes and we had a great time! There were 6 of us in our group and we did the Escape from the Mad Pharaoh room. This was very easy to book online and pay ahead of time. The employees were helpful and made the whole experience fun. I would definitely recommend this for an escape room and team activity!!

We had a blast! Very well done and so much fun! It was hard enough that we felt challenged and entertained the whole hour but never got discouraged some very cool computerized and mechanical props blended some manual elements. We had a broad age range and everyone was able to contribute and enjoy themselves. Can’t wait to come back!

Both, in person and virtual.
Its a fun time and extremely challenging. If they have different rooms that have different difficulty levels then yes, i strongly recommend it. If not, it might not be as fun for your 12 year old.
