First let me say any reviews that are 18months or older are for Dr Darryl Jackson. He had to retire because of his health. He left things in good hands. He worked with my surgeons over the years getting me through open heart surgery twice, back surgery, stomach, pulmonary embolisms, dealing with TN, PN, IC, CRPS etc.... I'm at at the top of the McGill pain with multiple problems. Add natural redhead, with blue eyes. I'm allergic to most of the things used first to treat Pain, infection etc.... Dr Bowlware listens, he's by the book. He's got a good heart and compassion for people in pain. Hi Dr Jackson hand picked him to replace himself after his health declined. Bless Dr Jackson, because he had pain as a child he wanted to help others with their pain. I have been with both since the beginning when Dr Jackson moved from Prague to Oklahoma City. Do your part complying and your going to get help. Be nice and comply. If they ask for records, a referral etc ... It's doing it by the rules set in place by the government. It's nice to actually like your doctor when you see them more often than some of your family. I recommend Dr Bowlware. He's one of the best! He's a good listener and has things to say if you listen to him. Those golden moments when you can find a little laughter. I always thank him for the time he spends with me. I hate having severe chronic pain but at least there's a few good ones still caring, still trying. Don't hesitate making an appointment with Oklahoma Medical Pain Management. Remember, it's by the book. Don't expect to get an appointment without a referral for Pain Management. Be patient with the office staff.

Doctor Bowlware is the most kind, caring, friendly doctor that I have come across in my long time in pain management. He is truly an asset to my healthcare. He has an amazing bedside manner, and is truly concerned about his patients. As a long time stigmatized pain management patient, it means the world to me when a doctor is actually concerned for his patients well being, and understands where they are coming from. Sometimes we just need to be told "You have pain, as you should, I relate." and Doctor Bowlware not only says that, but shows it in his actions. This was my first appointment with him, and he has given me more hope than even my neurosurgeon. I look forward to a fruitful medical relationship with this clinic. The staff are great and take the time to explain everything to you so you don't accidentally mess up when you come back for an appointment. If it was not for clinics like this one, I would have given up long, long ago. THANK YOU DR. Bowlare and staff! (I feel bad that I don't know any of the staff's names, but they were just as great.) I can't put 6 stars??!? ;)

The staff and Dr. Bowlware are amazing! They genuinely cared and listened to your issues and needs! Unlike the other pain management doctors like Adam savage in Ardmore, Ok who is worthless and doesn’t know what he is doing he just wants the money and doesn’t care if you stay in pain or straight up tell you you’re not in pain he is a total jerk! Dr. Bowlware actually listened to my issues and genuinely cared! He addressed my problems and I have been doing better. I have a second appointment coming up soon and looking forward into telling him how much my life has changed for the better after meeting him just once! May have to make some adjustments, but I feel better and would highly recommend him to anyone! Very friendly and outgoing guy! Thank you Dr. Bowlware, you have changed my life!!!

Let's say someone is sick or something..how do you guys do that ? I am just asking? Yes I do take medicine

If someone's sick you have to reschedule your appt. My child was ill and i had to reschedule for 3 weeks out. You wont have any medicine for those weeks. They dont do online appointments. Its best to keep your appt if you can! Also remember to call 24 hours or as soon as possible to reschedule. They don't mess around.
