Unfortunately, I had to change my review. Do not move here: the toilets are stained; the pest 🪳 won't stop coming; and your fees will fluctuate mysteriously. I almost wonder 🤔 if certain to residents are paying for the new paint job. They charge ridiculous unethical fees that can't be explained. They want to charge you for cleaning the carpet because it is before your lease is renewed. But, due to the pandemic, I haven't had the carpet cleaned since 2019. I'm long overdue for a free carpet clean, don't you think? The move out fee is $300 during a pandemic. That's ridiculous. That new manager is ruthless. She tries to make up fees to charge you. That's discriminatory.

The maintenance staff is pretty cool! The office staff are very friendly and welcoming!!! The property is beautiful and secluded!!!! Love my job💪 and the people I work with😁
