EDIT: I just got off the phone with the manager, Lisa. Not even 20 minutes after my complaint, she called to check with me about it. I have got to say I’ve never experienced better customer service in my life lol. Lisa was extremely friendly and helpful, and I will definitely be going back (even if it’s just because the staff is so nice). The staff was nice but they got my order wrong and the food they made was gross, unseasoned, and soggy. My husband’s salad was severely lacking. It looked as though they scooped all the chicken off with the tomatoes. After a long day, this was like the straw that broke the camels back. I wish I could get a refund but of course I can’t.

Every few years I'm in the southeast USA and always go to Zaxby's because of the great chicken. Tonight I was underwhelmed! Smaller portion of fries than previously and the sandwich had a small piece of chicken that was somewhat overcooked. Wendy's was better! Hope this was an anomaly...

If you love your family, and you love your chicken sandwiches but you hate mumbo jumbo or even (God forbid!) get hungry for a chicken sandwich on a Sunday, this is the place for you! Good family food at reasonable prices with friendly, competent staff that will not bore you with fairy tales. I wish they would make a sandwich with chicken breast with Monterrey cheese, bacon and ranch, tomatoes and avocado on a toasted sourdough bread. If they made such a beautiful sandwich and called it The Devil's Chick-wich, I would be super delighted!
