They don't have a computer station set up like Walmart if that's what you're asking. You can pick up an app, but if you have computer access it's quicker to apply online.
Sorry, bar sets of what? If talking glassware and gadgets for a "bar" then yes they do. Its always a search and seasonal adventure.
