I love my local USPS. The staff inside the actual post office is always super kind to me and extremely helpful but this is ridiculous. My package was just shoved into my mailbox(which it CLEARLY didn’t fit in). Was there not ANY other alternative to this? Thankfully my item inside wasn’t damaged but I just found that to be flat out rude and unacceptable. This is also new. Typically carriers in the past have handled my packages with great care!! This has NEVER happened before. I don’t know what the hell this carrier was thinking today but for future reference and for the sake of all our neighbors’ packages as well, please do better.

Great place, luckily I deal with the tall gentleman all the time. Good luck to those who deal with the older blonde lady who wears a face shield.

Today, September 5th 2020 the mail delivery person decided to take a 3 day weekend and not deliver the mail to our entire community Quail Meadows on Newbrook Circle and put "undeliverable" On all packages with tracking numbers. I talked to a few of my neighbors and they received the same message. WHY? just.. Why?!! We all want answers immediately!! I took video as I was walking up to our community mailboxes, we have lockers here for large parcels, but the delivery person didn't even stop to take the keys out of those. Yes, they still remain in the lockers. I have the video footage to prove it! We were intentionally ignored our mail and parcels. This is a formal complaint against today's delivery person.

The people that work here are the most nice and helpful people I have ever come across in a post office bar none! Glad to have them in Riverbank!

Your best option would you be going into the store that way it's done and shipped right then and there not sure on the cost shouldn't cost too much for a card.

I know I've lost my keys in the past. It's fairly easy just go to the front desk fill out some papers they do have a fee for it but it's not that expensive
Speak with the clerk and they will assist you
Please do not listen to what Kevin said if you are looking for someone you are try to get contact with you can use whitepages
