First time here. Super easy! Maybe not quite 15 minutes but all the guys and girl were very friendly and did not get impatient with me and all my questions. I even went home and came back with a second car.

I had a battery I bought a year ago with a 3 year warranty I went to get my battery replaced but since they don't carry that brand anymore they would not take the warranty, so the customer has to eat the loss??? You should stand by your word. I'm seriously thinking about taking you to small claims court! I had to end up buying a new battery for $226. Twobatteries with in a little over a year is ridiculous. I started talking to another employee and he said that company closed down in 2020 I bought my battery in 2021 so it makes me wonder if you guys knew you were selling me this battery knowing the company went out of business! This seriously needs to be fix and you need to honor your word/warranty I bought this battery and warranty through your company not the battery company Update: I talked to a store manager and told him what happened then he called me back with-in a couple hours and he ended up giving me a full refund I'm beyond happy about the outcome but maybe you should have some kind of receipt/ contract stating terms and conditions when buying a battery with a warranty in the future!!!

My first time "paying" a shop for my oil change. I must say it was a different experience. Did a walk around and checked all fluids and filters. Topped off what needed to be topped. Informed me of my upcoming recommended maintenance. It was a drive though stay in your car 15 min job. Not what I expected but still very convenient.

Today they had $113 for synthetic and $80 for half regular and half synthetic which up until today I didn't know there was such a product. Service friendly and they do their job quickly and efficiently. Customer service guy in the tech were very friendly. I was just wondering when I got home why I didn't get a receipt but I wasn't going to drive all the way back there to find out.
