By far the worst gamestop in the area, they litterally don't answer the phones. I was inside the store and called just to see what they would do and they didn't answer!! You can't make this up. Carless employees wouldn't last a day with a real job. 1 star terrible customer service and reliability. Would recommend every other gamestop over this excuse of a store.

Typically, I love going to this location! I tried to go at 7:30pm and they were closed even though their posting on the door and online show 8pm. There was an employee inside, but maybe they had to close early due to COVID?

They ripped me off of a DLC I wanted to buy but they won’t give me a good copy of the Deluxe edition for need for speed heat. Henry is worst person who works there. Don’t buy a game from here or from him especially. He will rip you off like he did to me

Yes you need a receipt but if you have a Gamestop membership they usually keep a record of what you purchase so they maybe able to use that transaction date as a receipt for you...ask them...

Yes they have it new and pre-owned, the inventory will depend on the store. If the store in Riverbank is out of stock you can always try 1 of the 2 Gamestop's in Modesto by the mall.
