They left the light on. Food was about 2 star quality. Security was 5 star. Temperature was too cold. Outside amenties were unavailable. Medical care was 2 star. Overall hospitality 3 stars.

Is a summons delivery request done via the county courthouse?
You have to go down there. Try calling the jail. They will tell you
Call the police and have the person trespassed.
You check the next day and see if they are still there. If not check the day afterwards.. and so on. they will get out eventually.

How do you get a welfare check
If you have to serve a sentence, I believe you can bring them with you. But if you get locked up unexpectedly, you have to wait until you see a nurse or if a family member brings them in for you. Not exactly sure if this is right because I have never been in the Sangamon Co jail.
