I have been going to MudBay for about 11 years out in Shoreline WA. If they didn’t have my cats food in store, they would order it for me. This University Place location however doesn’t seem to operate the same way. They just said that the food has been discontinued. I ended up finding it at Petsmart, online at Chewy and Walmart. It’s a sad end to an overall great experience. Evidently it varies greatly between stores.

Great place but no longer convenient for me. After many years of calling in orders, corporate changed the policy. Had a not so great conversation with a lead there about call in orders. Her customer service sucked. I am sure she thought my attitude sucked too. Went to the Tacoma, where they helped me out as I needed. That store had much MORE compassion & empathy with me with their procedure changes. I am happy my last interaction with Mud Bay was with them. Now with being forced to order online, I will go to Chewy.com. They sell every item I would go to Mud Bay for, but at a more affordable price and delivered to my door. Bye Mud Bay, I will miss calling in my orders and talking about my pets. Thank you for saving me money, time, and gas for my car!

Great source of some of the best pet foods available. This is a friendly place. Staff offer expert advise if you need it. Best of all, if the food isn't working for your pet, return it for a full refund. They understand pets have individual tastes and needs.
