I didn't know you could review libraries! Everything about this place is great, friendly staff (super friendly ladies at the front desk are awesome about helping), clean, fun for kids and books!! I like using the pick up service since I know what I want, but my kids love browsing. I love the little library books they pick out and set up above the shelves. My kids always grab these. Excellent library:)

Great service, very helpful and a pleasant place to get your work done.

Excellent place to study. Furniture is new and comfortable, offers free wifi, computers, printing services (fee), rooms for study groups (by appointment) and meeting rooms (larger groups). Free parking and Whole Food Market next door for lunch etc. Not a 100% quite place, but this can be minimized if you focus on your studying.

I don't know why others are complaining about the noise of the teens. There were a few people chatting and one SAT tutor and her pupil, and I was there right when school was released. If you're looking for dead silence, go home. That's not what a library is for. The building is beautiful, the selection is nice, and the seating is plentiful. The staff are very helpful and signing up for a library card is simple and painless.

Street parking: need to back in; side parking: not always open cause gets busy; garage parking: always spots open, ull be dry- no rain:), convenient, a bit of walking- good for the heart:) All free.
No. 10 cents a sheet B&W only. I would go to a kinko's for color.
Yes, there is a drop-off slot outside the library building. It's in the "alley" between the library building and the Latitude 47 apartments building, behind Anthem Cafe.
It depends on what location you visit. They are all listed on the website at piercecounty library.org.
The hours for in person & curbside are the same. They are currently: Su 1-5 PM. M-Th 10 AM - 7 PM. Fr 10 AM - 6 PM Sa 10 AM - 5 PM
Hi Jackie. Library buildings are currently closed to the public to reduce the spread of COVID. If you have an item being held, you can make a Library Curbside appointment to pick up your items. Thanks.
Hi Peggy. Please call our library and speak to a staff member. They should be able to help.
There are quite a few, and they also loan out laptops. Some computers are for more specific duties, but there's more than 20, not counting laptops.
We do have the TumbleBook Library. Here is the link - https://www.piercecountylibrary.org/books-materials/tumblebooklibrary.htm
You can look up the books in our collection using our website at www.piercecountylibrary.org. If you don't find what you are looking for in our catalog, we can borrow a book from another library worldwide. We also have genealogy classes at several Pierce County Library locations. Visit https://calendar.piercecountylibrary.org/events to find one near you.
