As always this is a summer favorite. No matter the conditions lol... It was a little windy but the beach was nice and sandy! The water was kind of murky. There were 3 or 4 different sizes of tiny fish swimming all around in the area we were parked. The beach was PACKED.I recognized no one as local. I miss the good old days 👍🏼

Beautiful place for one time visit. Too small parking lot, and crowded beach on weekends. The water’s temperature was perfect for swimming, although windy for all the time we were there( July 15-18)

It was fun to bring my baby. You can drive right to the water. People launch boats directly into the lake. I loved watching the water from the back of my car.

Crowded, crowded and crowded with a small parking area and boat launch. Beautiful lake, but there has to be a better place to enjoy this lake.

Yes, absolutely. As long as dog is friendly, almost all of the kids like to play with them.
Its cold but comfortable on a hot sunny day.
You can launch from the beach for smaller boats. Jet skis, otherwise you can head farther north to wish poosh.
