I've been calling this place for over 2 hours today and not one single person can answer the phone let alone my package was supposed to be delivered not for me to pick it up and now I have no way of getting my package worst place to have your mail brought to!

All the staff at the Troy, Va. post office are simply amazing. I always receive my mail and packages very promptly without delay, no matter how overloaded they are with mail around the holidays. Somehow they do it, even if they are short staffed for handling the gigantic amount of mail they have to process. It's a small post office with very limited room for the staff to work. Consequently, it is not easy working conditions for the staff, especially during the holidays with a constant load of mail and boxes stacked up practically to the ceiling, but they get it all delivered on time anyway without fail. This should be no stars! No mail in a week!! Went to pick up my mail/packages as my package was scanned as I could now come and pick it up. The employees that were outside at the mail truck refused to give me and others our packages. People were waiting 30 minutes past the open timeframe inside the post office to get into the lobby to get mail/packages- - - These people were left in the post office waiting area while the employees vacated the premises. Worst Post Office Ever!!! And when the jury questionnaire didn’t get delivered to the mail box the Sheriff’s Office comes out and leaves a warrant on your door!
