I want to comment on the new postal worker by the name of Carmen who delivers at Cottonwood Park Apts. Carmen always has a great attitude no matter what the weather conditions are and time of the day. I am truly blessed to have her on this route and the USPS need MORE people who is dedicated like she is. SHE IS AWESOME, and I had to write about her. Thanks Carmen

I've been waiting for my package since Saturday. They're slow and unreliable. I don't why there's a United States postal service in East St Louis, instead of Belleville. My package says awaiting delivery scan since Sunday morning after they refused to deliver it on Saturday. Amazon, FedEx, UPS and even roadie are better than this carrier.
