This is a disgrace for a mail service, iv haven’t gotten mail for a week now an everyday I get mails stating what I’m sopost to be getting. One of the mail if something I need that was sopost to get delivered last Wednesday an never gotten, I work 5 days a week like non of the most resistants in this town live on the government or the state when I get home from work the post office is closed . The Disgusting Post Master needs to be fired. I live on he east of town , if I lived on the north side of town it would be different. No I’m not poor I make 85k plus a year but I’m not leaving my darn house that is paid for . This post office needs new employees an Management I’m Tired of not getting my mail .

I live in a large apartment building. The mailman that delivered mail would always use the call box and let us know that we have a package. Recently there's different people delivering the mail. Instead of using the call box to let us know that we have a package they are just throwing the package in the mail room and leaving. The only way to get it is catch them when they're here. That could be anywhere from 10:30am to 6pm or sometimes later. I'm not going to sit in the lobby for hours waiting on the mail carrier cause they don't want to use the call box and let us know that we have a package and give us time to get it. Why doesn't the mail carrier drop off packages at the apartment doors? We have two elevators and besides, we pay for shipping. Both FedEx and UPS drop off packages at our doors. If not, leave the packages with the ladies in the office. Their offices is right there by the mail room. Don't scan the packages as delivered if you aren't delivering them and just throwing them in the mail room which the ladies from the office doesn't have a key. Don't call me back with excuses as to why mail carriers aren't doing their job or that you don't have enough mail carriers. Just tell me what you are going to do to fix it.

The post office workers were awesome a 5🎉.They are very understaffed.People be kind..🙏.Yesterday was the first time having to go inside.The Interior of the building was outdated and could use some updates.
