If you want to fly to the beach this is THE place. Normally none to very little cross wind and no fees. Just remember no services, but a cool campground.

Great place to reach your destination. 4 stars given only because there are no landings or take offs in the dark due to no runway lights. But you don't want to anyway. We have seen many deer on the runway. Be careful folks.

Great little airport. No services but MQI isn't far and has fuel, MX, etc. Easy walk to the beach by heading out to the runway 7 threshold and following the deer paths over the dune.

Yes you can. It's not staffed so keep that in mind.
No charge I'm aware of. No FBO or service.
Have not seen jets parked here. Everything here has a propeller. Probably not safe to suck that much sand through a jet engine.
Depends on the range of your plane, there are no scheduled flights here.
