Don’t bother going anywhere else!!! Tyra answered my phone call on the first ring, walked me through what I needed. And continued to answer my phone calls for WEEKS helping walk me through step by step with pictures and in-house testing to help me match my switch to the motor when the motor company messed up their wires! I don’t think any company on earth could match the customer service I experience here! Will be a customer for life for sure!

Good inventory Had the parts and motors needed to complete our job

One of the motors on my lift was intermittant so I bought a new Leeson 3/4 footed motor 2 year ago just in case. Well it finally died and I just replaced it. It was a perfect fit. I was a little concerned with the wiring but Boat Lift Warehouse has a great online wiring diagram which worked out perfect. Every connection with the exception of the ground stud was was wire to wire which made the connection simple (no crimping, spades, etc). I also bought the pulley which they installed at the factory. Well considering the other motor is probably on borrowed time, I just bought another. I was concerned about lead time and cost increases. The cost was only a few dollars more than I paid pre-pandemic (which is the smallest increase I've seen recently). They also called to tell me it is in stock and will ship same day. With free shipping! PS - I'm a DIY, and this was my first lift motor replacement and it took 2 hours. The biggesst challenge was it was on the outside piling so more of a physical challenge!

Not only was he knowledgeable, kind and resourceful but when they had a issue with shipping, he actually jumped in a truck and personally delivered my dock to PA… from NC. That’s customer service.
