I never write reviews but I had THE WORST experience with this company. We specified we did not want to go on a shopping tour during our trip to China. However we were lied to by this agency and told that there would be 2 hours max per day. There were days where we were taken to 3 shopping locations, driving for hours to get to each and wasting all of our time. The so called "sight-seeing" portion of the tour was basically non-existent for some days. On top of that we found out other people on the tour basically got the trip for free with airfare included knowing that it was a shopping tour. We were scammed by this company. They charged us thousands of dollars for what was basically a dirt cheap tour and pocketed the money. In addition, we were not provided details we needed like contact information for the tour guides or who was picking us up until the very very last minute. If you're looking for a travel agency look else where because all these people care about is money.

The service seemed professional and courteous. Prices were reasonable. However, the agent who provided the service did not seem to have a lot of experience. When I received my Chinese visa, I received a single-entry visa instead of a multi-entry visa. It turned out that the agent had forgot to create an itinerary for me as she promised, which is the likely reason I received a single-entry visa. The company offered to "try again" (in which case I would have received my new visa only days before the trip) for free. I felt that this would jeopardize the whole trip, and decided to change my travel plans instead. The company acknowledged the mistake, but did not offer any refund or compensation, despite the fact that I had paid extra for express service and the multi-entry component of the visa.

Fabulous service--so great to have such a wonderful resource in Seattle. I was getting VISAs for 6 of us. I read their VISA photos and other details and still had several trips back and forth to their office to get every document exactly right. I appreciated that they were able to advise me before sending in the application (and needing to deal with possibly having them rejected). They really know what they're doing! AND they have the least expensive fee of any others I saw online. THANKS!!

Hi, We can get it done for you! Thank you! Jack
I used holiday china travel agency in Seattle for.over ten years. So im assuming you can go to any travel agency in whatever city you live. Fill out a visa application online - its about 4 pages. Then submit that along with your passport to your agent and pay the fee of $180...which includes processing fee. All your paperwork will be sent to the Chinese embassy in SF to be processed. Give yourself about 2 - 3 weeks...the earlier the better before you leave...it will be less stressful. Once your agent receives your passport back they will.cintact you...at least my agent did. :)
