They keep delaying my packages for natural disasters: there is no snow, was no rain, and still delayed.. at least fed ex brings me packages even in snow same with USPS.

Same happened to me they said they tried deliverying my package but did not come to my shop with it I called the ups and got ahold of customer service after you give tracking number you say customer service the main menu and customer service eventually got to a real live representative and they told me where I could pick my package up or I had to pay a fee for them to redeliver it so I hope this helps you
