For a counciling center they are not very professional. They don't not communicate you appointments, they will forget your time or appointment outright. The peer councilor I was assigned was rude and unprofessional. He would text me angrily if something went wrong when the problems were an internal issue. I saw a doctor there and was prescribed medication but was never told where to send it, they sent it to their personal choice and not my pharmacy. I had to call to find out info they needed to share upfront. Took almost two months to ever start services and instead of letting me choose how to pay they signed me up for a grant for themselves. Overall, the place seems very unprofessional and inappropriate for a mental health clinic but for free I guess you're getting what you pay for.

I'm being harassed by this company. I have never saught their services and they claim medicaid is sending them. Today I spoke with medicaid and it's not true. Medcaid has nothing to do with it. They show up at my house, send letters. I will be reaching out to my lawyer if this continues. It's harassment and not ok.

Well after being referred here through kniebert clinic I had high hopes and expectations of being treated for my adult attention deficit disorder. Instead, after sitting down for only TWO minutes I found myself without a resolution. The Dr. (Ms. Cline) immediately shut down when I gave my medical history on medications I’ve been on prior; it was advised through my nurse practitioner and the behavioral head doctor that I be placed on a stimulant- I guess that spooked her because she immediately shoved me off. After asking her for a referral she stated she had none. She never once asked probing question nor try to get an idea of my reason for being referred in the first place. I know doctors have a duty to uphold and use caution when prescribing medication but I felt as if I was treated as a nobody. So here I am (again) having to look for a practitioner that is willing to take my medical records from Kniebert seriously enough to ACTUALLY help me instead of just push me off. And here’s the tickler of it all: two minutes; I’m going to be fully billed for a full session when I only sat for two minutes. LOL (wow). Addendum- I also need to add that I feel cheated. Why? Because back in December when I talked to them originally they stated they couldn’t do anything. Then heaven behold they called me up to set up a meeting for me months after, even asked me adhd questions and said they could help (yeah right): this gave me the impression that maybe they would try to work with me. So upon writing this today and knowing they can’t I must advise to all to please use caution. In the end..... I’m being billed for consultation in which my needs were never even met. Great business practice y’all have there in FCC.
