I came here knowing exactly what I wanted to buy. There were seven or eight staff members chatting and one of them told me that it was policy that they were only allowed to sell accessories, even if I knew exactly what I wanted to buy. They tell me that they'll put me in a virtual queue. I wait ten minutes playing around with the computers, leave, buy the product elsewhere and as I'm walking out of the second store get a text that I'm at the front of the queue and they're ready to sell me a computer now. Save your trip and go somewhere with decent customer service.

Just updated my phone and wanted to give Alex N. a shoutout for making this whole new phone experience very smooth. He was very knowledgeable and gave great advice on which phone to get. I went in blind and was able to walk out with an upgraded phone! These one star reviews are hilarious. There are plenty of people who are equipped to help. Make sure you have an appointment set up and check in with someone with an iPad.

This is a standard Apple store, which means that the place has interactive models of Apple devices, tablets for the kids to engage, and classes to learn how to master Apple devices. The area around the Apple store is really nice. You can stop in the store, then spend hours trying the different stores and restaurants in the village. The only downside of the traffic and parking. It can be horrendous on the weekends, taking 30 minutes to get to find a parking spot.

Will update …. Sitting here for a 15-20 wait over thirty minutes. Saturday — half as much employees that I can remember. This is not great service. They do no repairs. Either you have in Warranty, AppleCare or they offer you to sell you your old product discounted or you trade in. NO REPAIRS WHATSOEVER anymore.

Only limited numbers of people are allowed into the store at any time. Once inside customers are taken to sit at a worktable or seat separated from anyone else. The only time you might touch anything is something you hand to the Genius.

The geniuses at the Apple University Village have excellent diagnostics in. If it is just advice you need on the spot, the will give it free. If there is a hardware or software needed they will will let you know cost if the device is not under warranty.
Apple store can help you with that. They are pretty much the only ones that can help once you locked your phone.

Really depends on how you set up your phone with your iCloud. Sign in to your account and see if you can find your phone, sync it with iTunes or disconnect it if you can't and wipe it remotely before you do!

No, but you should make one. When you go, they will confirm the problem, then your battery will be ordered. You'll have to go back again to have it installed.
Repair or replace. There are only 2 options. I would bring it into the Mac store so they can measure how much it's borked.

You can see the prices for each iPhone generation screen replacement on their website. It took them about an hour to replace my iPhone 7 Plus screen.
If your printer is Bluetooth then you'd want to connect them that way. Typically that is the easiest way but sometimes you can do a similar thing via wifi if your printer has that instead.
