Quiet apartment building located in a safe and historic part (Haymount) in Fayetteville. Walking distance to downtown and a walkable neighborhood to live in w/sidewalks everywhere. The building has an HOA and has very strict rules. Best for elderly people or single professionals looking for a quiet place to live. The building has an excellent and well taken care of pool for owners/residents. The building is older and has some issues such as single-pane windows and old pipes, but if you are aware of this prior to buying/moving in: it’s not a problem. Nice laundromat on the first floor to use for residents. Washers/dryers are not allowed in the apartments. A nice & safe place to live right across the street from Cape Fear Regional Theater, and next door to the post office and many small local stores incl. Leclaire’s coffee shop.
