*Update* You guys are liars. Period. I hope you never sell another car. Absolutely go anywhere but here!! These people (Spanky / Harold) sold me a 2021 Nissan Rouge Sport for $23,000. I have been making payments by phone to my bank for this car only to find out 3 months later that my TOTAL on this little car is $35,000!!! They had me sign my paperwork FAST. I didn’t think anything of it at the time because I was in a hurry and needed to get out of there as I had been there for 5 hours doing business with these people. I had also purchased 4 other vehicles in the past from them with NO ISSUES! They will screw you over and they do not care!! Go ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!

This purchase has been very expensive for us.We bought a Mazda 3 in July 2022. Nice car the dashboard has the a gap, other than that it looked great. $14,000.00 with 70,000 miles. Thought we were making a great purchase. Kiwi keep telling us how CA a made sure all their cars were great used cars. It started making an awful noise 2 weeks after we purchased it. Took it to them to fix it. (30 day Warranty) We are now at repair visit 4 (For the same problem), after $533 in parts/service. Plus over a $1000 in rental cars.(Must go to work). I have it back. Door switch works(Thank you) However the original metal against metal noise is still there. Now I will take it to a mechanic. I bought the two warrantIes(Canceled one on 8/19, and will be canceling the other one).

My fiancé traded in his lifted truck for a 2017 Dodge Durango and a warranty for the vehicle since we were expecting an addition to our family. They have a large selection of vehicles, friendly and can get you in and out however within a month of us having the vehicle we started experiencing issues where the car would only start if you jumped it and a constant egg or sulphur smell when it ran. Called and let them know and were told we’d have to pay for diagnostics to be run on the vehicle, did that and they were unable to figure out the issue and told us nothing was wrong. Did that a few times before just taking matters into our own hands and started replacing the battery, spark plugs etc, this was last year around November that we got this vehicle. When I gave birth we couldn’t even use this vehicle because he didn’t have time to go jump it so we took my little vehicle. To this day we have had a car note on a vehicle that requires a jump just to start it. And when you’re in the vehicle it smells like eggs or sulphur. I’ve had others share similar experiences. Use caution. We ended up just letting the car go and purchasing one outright from another place, the vehicle isn’t as nice but at least it is reliable.
