To order for the first time, we have to help you, however, after that first time you will be able to order your checks via online banking. You are more than welcome to drop by the branch to place an order, but I'm going to also call you.

I have called there too, and no one answered the phone. In the morning they are quite busy, and in the afternoon they are not. So try calling in the afternoon.

You can go into the Branch at Village Drive or Spouts Springs and get a new instant card for $5. Otherwise, if you want to keep the same debit card, any branch can order you a new pin, but it would take a week to receive the new number by mail. The cost is still $5.

There are a number of ways to qualify. If you Live, work, or worship in Cumberland County (NC) you are eligible. Also, if you are a part of one of our SEG's (Select Employee Groups) you can join. Some of these SEG's include the Association of the United States Army (AUSA) and the Good Sam Club. We would love to have you as a member!

There is a Current Balance and an Available Balance. Current Balance is the amount in the account. Available Balance is the balance minus any holds due to debit card transactions and holds on check deposits. ex: Current Balance = $100 Debit Card Trans= $50 (or check deposit hold) Available Balance = $50

Direct Deposits are posted all day long. It depends on when it is sent by the originating financial institution as to when it hits your account.

Yes! You can open up a minor account! The fee is $15 plus $5 that is deposited into the Master Share account.
