Positive: Enjoyable stay after a long day of traveling for work. Front staff was cheerful & polite. Slept like a baby & the room/bathroom was CLEAN. Morning breakfast was offered with many choices. I would STRONGLY ADVISE to stay at this Quality Inn¿¿ Negative: NO! Everything was GREAT! It is nice to know that there are still hotel chanin owners that care about about their customers.

We came for the Lock Haven graduation. Good price, not in town but easily accessed. Very nice staff, even fixed a problem we had with our online registration. Hotel isn't the nicest, but it'll do. Thank you.

Very rough facility. Started off with checking in Friday night after a long day wanting a hot shower and there was no hot water so I go to the front desk and she says oh no not again so she says she will let me know whats going on so I go back to my room and wait after 1.5 hour I call up and she says still trying to reach the manager so I go to bed very unhappy wake up at 7 am and there is hot water great. So Saturday I go to work come back at 11pm to check my helpers in and I wait 30 minutes to find someone to check in with and I mention the no hot water issue and they laughed not even a im sorry or anything. Also I forgot to mention they gave me a handicap room which has a bathroom that no one ever wants to have to use with all the attachments. Sunday checking out in the morning I ask where the valet carts were and they tell me probably on the 2nd floor and I should go look and my room is on the 1st floor this place is not a good choice and definitely as a choice platinum member who travels every week I will never stay at a quality inn again.

Having lived in Connecticut, with family in Indiana, this motel has been our "mid-way" stopover on I-80 for 40 years. Originally a Holiday Inn, we've stayed while it was Comfort Inn, and now Quality Inn. In March 2022, it's the first motel we've stayed in since Covid began in 2020. I was pleasantly surprised with the spotless pet-friendly room, and the decent hot breakfast (knowing it's a budget place.) The staff was especially friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again. Thomas L.
