I know this USPS does not care about negative reviews, because they likely care about nothing anyways. However I'm going to post 20 negative reviews over the time just to calm down my frustration with their operation. Derek promised to call us twice, and the 1-800 agent also said the same. Got no response for where they have lost my package. No responsibility at all. Phat the other supervisor is now doing some more investigation and I will write about that later. Next in line will be Brian Labio who we will reach out to, the branch manager. Also writing an email to post in the SacBee. Stay tuned.

in transit arriving late. because it never left the distribution center. edit june twenty ninth: spoke to west sacramento consumer affairs. she was able to tell me my package was manually sorted but could not tell me why. so theres a chance it was not put on an airplane as per usual. said she will send an email to the sorting center to figure out what happened. edit june thirtieth: received an email from customer support they cannot find my package at all. there is something severely off for this pathetic excuse of a sorting center. who the hell decides to take my package off the assembly line and manually sort it. if some incompetent sorter didn't touch my package it would arrived safely via airplane. this place needs to be seriously investigated.

They are so behind on parcels because it is like Christmas there and there are so many employees out because of cvid 19 and the new national postmaster has implemented new guidelines that delay the mail. It's like the perfect storm.

no they have the drop box open and will continue postmarking everything as today and everything else is 2nd priority to the tax paperwork so they will be constantly emptying the drop boxes and stamp them with todays date
The post office does passport there, but not greencard. Please use USCIS.GOV for that purpose. The bio-metric step of the process is in West Sacramento though.
