Expect to only have ac for 60 days June and July anything else your out of luck. They decide when your hot and cold spend your money somewhere else these people only care about making the place look good on the outside to get you in.Thank you for being so transparent Joshua by providing this feedback and offering us a chance to resolve the situation. It sounds like we missed the mark on a couple of issues while you lived here, so we’d like to personally apologize about that! The Oaks was a wonderful first apartment and I highly recommend it to any first time renters! Quick maintenance team and very friendly staff. Three wonderful years here with absolutely no complaints! My fiancé and I lived here for a year and we loved it. The building was built really well and we never heard our neighbors above us or below us. The flat rate is always a plus, knowing exactly what you’re going to have to pay every month. Location is amazing, 1 minute from 50 highway and 5 mins from I-470. Shari is a treat and always took care of us when it came to maintenance issues and advice for us. Not only that but we were never made to feel like our maintenance issues were a hassle, they were always more than willing to get them fixed with no grief, including replacing our thermostat a couple times. The lighting wasn’t great and it has an older feel to it but definitely a 5 star place to live
