The absolute worst experience I have ever experienced. I was treated as if my business didn't matter and I had no money to spend. The young girl who was the manager looked me up and down before answering my question. Really? Who does that?!? This is the beach, no I wasn't dressed in a bathing suit but I did have on shorts and a tshirt. I felt prejudiced against because it had motorcycle weekend on it. The young man who checked me out first answered me "huh", I'm 62 years old and he's from the South according to his accent. Call me ma'am please then he had the audacity to call me "hun" when I finished my transaction. I told him to never call me "hun", it was demeaning to women. Plus what I brought back for an exchange, both of them acted as if it was years old when in fact I was gifted the product 3 months ago. I don't live close to a store so I came as soon as I could. I can't help I'm allergic to the majority of Bath and Body Works products because they use a cheap preservative. When the exchange price came up, I was told I had to go at a much cheaper price when I know my daughter paid a higher price. I declined the sale. I informed the manager about being called hun. She didn't appear to care, a waste of breath. The only person was the greeter. She was so nice like a breath of fresh air, hello how are you doing, can I help you, etc. Just as friendly as can be while the other employees on the body care side walked by without saying a word. I have been in this store many, many times over the years. I don't know what happened but boy what a major disappointment!!

I am glad Bath and Body Works is in most cities. I am on vacation and needed more soap and this is a great place to shop for it.
