I went here today because I lost my phone and needed to switch over to a new s9 phone for an emergency. At first the fellow was helpful, then an hour later he still could not switch my phone over. He said something was "wrong with the model number probably because I bought it from Ebay"?? No... the phone I bought was specifically made for Verizon. He charged me $20 for a new sim card. He could not switch my phone over and get it to work. He said he transferred my number to this SIM card and gave me a paperclip to open the phone at home and told me to put the sim card back into my old phone (which my daughter found while I was at this store ). They closed at 9 and he left me without a working phone. He said it was "not for a lack of knowledge but a problem with the phone model something wasn't right". I went home and now my old phone does not work. The sim card he put in my new phone does not fit in my old phone. My new phone is an s9. Different model. Neither of the phones work. Waste of time and money and now I am without a working phone at the moment.

Can't rate service because I never got helped. Waited 25 minutes and still had mot even been approached to put my name on list to be helped. 7 people on chairs ahead of me. 2 employees.

Initially went in with a problem! We have an account with Verizon for many years, but we bought a phone on Amazon!! They were so accommodating! We had to pay a small fee, but Scott Smith was outstanding! He was extremely knowledgeable, and very very nice! The other sales people were also very nice! I highly recommend this Verizon, and Scott Smith! All are great! I bought an iPhone a few months ago... they are all great !!! Great Service!!
