I would rate them much higher if they were more responsive when you need immediate care....

No way ever going back to Moh's ,after a procedure done in Jan for a basal cell removal. My closing of the wound was to be done by a plastic surgeon,he was called to the OR on an emergency. Fine but what happened to the other 8 they have on staff? Was not given options, they could of covered it n been seen the next day or two,as it wasn't life threatening for plastic to close. This is not minimal scaring n I bear this rest of my life now ,along with the fear of being touched on my face. So please insist on a plastic surgeon , and still HV numbness on my nose when I was told 2 months, going into March n is not normal yet.

There is a scary lack of specialists in the Harrisburg area. Hershey has great doctors, but there are not enough to keep up with our local demand. Expect to wait months for an appointment no matter which dermatologist you try to schedule with. Hershey may take longer. My toddler was seen today and the doctors, residents, nurses, and staff were all friendly and accommodating. They listened to me and gave me honest feedback. I am glad we have this hospital. Healthcare is also ridiculously expensive, but that's not Hershey's fault either. We have a $10k deductible and have to pay for everything out of pocket. It hurts to get the bill. If you have a complicated issue, it's definitely worth the time and money. However, if you're dealing with "normal" dermatology issues, you may want to search around. I hope this honest review helps you understand if Hershey is the best place for you.

Depends on your insurance coverage
I was never offered remote but you can call and find out. I do not think dermatology is something you should do remotely. But that's just my personal opinion. If you think you have skin cancer please don't wait.
