Call the hospital.
They have excellent patient relations with staff who are as helpful as they are permitted. Unfortunately, they can only do so much. For larger complaints, there seems to be no recourse.

The CHOCOLATE AVE GRILL It's one of my favorites! If you're looking for something a little different from the ordinary. You can pull up their menu online. Also the PANTRY Is a good place where the locals eat a lot. If you stay on Chocolate Ave you will find a variety of places that are good.

I had a similar problem with my mother in law, and myself , they made her wait 14 hours before seeing her, and me 5 hours before my wife complained to the checkout window.
Several places are nearby. Some offer discounts to those here for HMC. Also check with your husband's insurance. Sometimes they help. https://hmc.pennstatehealth.org/patients-families-and-visitors/places-to-stay

Neurology is on Hope Drive of the campus. You go to the intersection by the parking garage then turn left. You're on Hope drive and the building is on the right. Go into the Section B so if you turn right into the parking area then turn left you will see the entrance.
