They have excellent patient relations with staff who are as helpful as they are permitted. Unfortunately, they can only do so much. For larger complaints, there seems to be no recourse.

You can park in the garage or lots for free and take shuttles or walk. Also if you have tests or a procedure you can use valet and get it stamped and it will be free.

Neurology is on Hope Drive of the campus. You go to the intersection by the parking garage then turn left. You're on Hope drive and the building is on the right. Go into the Section B so if you turn right into the parking area then turn left you will see the entrance.
