Another Hershey failure... Refused to schedule me without a referral from my PCP. My insurance (PPO) does not require a referral from my PCP and yet they still insist i waste more money just to be referred by the Doc. I guess I will keep looking for a different ENT.

I was a patient at this place. I was referred from my doctor. To help with my ear. I read the reviews the night before I could not believe them. Until today the nurses and staff are so rude. Do not ask them questions they will just give you a rude comment. The doctor wasn't helpful either. As I was waiting in the waiting room a doctor with long brown hair very pretty. She was so kind her patients in the waiting room talking to them like they were somebody. It was amazing to watch her talk to them about their hearing aids I even saw her give them hugs. This place would be perfect if they could follow her in her footsteps
