When I bought my sons earrings I was clearly told that if lost or stolen they were covered but the insurance. He lost one while on a cruise went to see about a replacement and was told all I could get was my insurance money back. Like $18 y’all can keep that $18 the way the service was last night you should find better help… no thanks I just bought some from somewhere else

Thank you to Liz and Reggie for making my daughter experience wonderful! I decided to have my daughter ear pierced for her birthday! They we’re very professional and made me feel at ease! My daughter didn’t cry at all !!! Thank you again she can’t stop looking in the mirror lol definitely will be back for my other daughter

Went there today to get my daughters ears pierced and we was looking at earrings and there was 3 women in there and not one of them spoke to us while we was looking at earrings we looked for about 10 mins we finally figured out since we were not wearing mask they wouldnt offer service and never even said anything to us about wearing a mask it would have been nice for then to tell us that they wasnt going to give us service unless we had mask on all they had to do was tell us but we went to claire's instead which has great service and the people was much better i would never recommend this place for anyone they are so rude
