Literally been waiting on a package that was due Tuesday(it's now Friday and I paid for expedited shipping) and they still haven't gotten it to me even though my neighbor got a delivery,this hands down has to be one of the most dysfunctional offices in the country,I had a FedEx customer service agent call them and apparently it's going to be put on a truck today to be delivered however all the website says is that it's in transit when it should be out for delivery. Absolutely garbage experience I've had with this location to the point where I'm going to have to ride a 2 hour bus ride just to pick up my package over there which defeats the whole purpose of shipping in the first place

Two failed deliveries. At least that's the excuse they give. Since I have cameras, I know they never came by. Apparently they no longer deliver to residences in my neighborhood.

They'll say they will but they won't follow through. They are incapable of keeping their word.
They can't do anything, they're totally interrupt and unaccountable. You're better off using someone else.
