Hello,, I am a non-rev American Airlines retiree. I tried to mail a pkg yesterday ffom the Research way office in carson city nv. They stated that the system for Non-rev shipping was not working, I need to know if it is working?

They can't do anything, they're totally interrupt and unaccountable. You're better off using someone else.

I honestly couldn't tell you. If you call 1800-gofedex they should be able to connect you to the Carson center. Sorry I'm not much help.
