I have been a patient of Dr. Pennington for the past 3 years. I love the convenient and hassle free communication. Dr. Pennington and her staff are a godsend. They are prompt in their replies and very accommodating when appointments are made and refills are needed. She is the most caring and attentive doctor I have encountered. She spends time with me and gives explanations that are personally applicable. I enjoy each visit, video appointment, call, text and email. As a side note, I also enjoy the money I save on prescriptions, bloodwork, and medical procedures. Dr. Pennington and Ashley truly care for me and my daughters.

I have been a patient of Dr Penningtons since 2009. My husband has been her patient since 2014. We can not even begin to say how much we appreciate having Dr Pennington and Ashley as part of our healthcare team. I am a RN and I see first hand how difficult it is for patients to contact or access their health care provider. The Direct Primary Care model is a blessing. Dr Pennington always provides non rushed care and is a great doctor. She never rushes you, she spends as much time as you need. Dr Pennington is available 24/7...I don"t know of any Doctors who give you their personal phone number or email address. Dr Pennington and Ashley respond very quickly to any email or text almost immediately and always on the same day. Dr Pennington is very aware of cost for her patients and will get you medications or tests at very little cost. We have health insurance but using the direct care model we save so much money. We can not say enough good things about Ashley and Dr Pennington. It is extremely comforting to have a Doctor that knows you both medically and personally. Dr Pennington is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and caring. Dr Penningtons patients are not just a number. She is very relaxed and easy to talk to. My husband and I are truly blessed to have her as our Doctor!!!!
