This place really needs someone to come in and fix it! Took my daughter in for cough, congestion and running a fever of 103.5. We were there from 4:30 after 8:00. They didn’t seem concerned at all. One lady came in with a hurt foot and was taken right back and we had been there for hours. This lady was in and out in 30 minutes. Finally got to see PA and she looked at my daughters throat and said her flu test was positive. Never looked at her ears or listened to her breathing (which she is in there coughing like crazy). She preceded to tell me information and when I told her that my daughters pediatrician and I don’t believe in that she got an attitude. The next time my daughter is sick on the weekend I will take her to the ER in Fort Mill and probably won’t have to wait as long and get better and more compassionate care!

I was turned away 1 hour and 20 minutes before closing. Even though I'm suffering with kidney stones I was told that they weren't taking any more walk-ins.

Check in was great. No problem there...the problem started when I went back to see the dr. I told the nurse what was wrong (sinus infection, I get the all the 2 times a year since I was a teenager) she asked if I wanted to be tested for covid and I said no, I know that I have a sinus infection. And as she walks away woth her back toward me so says "that's what they all say and they ALL have covid". I let it slide and didn't say anything. Then the dr comes in and all he wants to talk to me about is covid. I know that I have a sinus I fiction. We talk about me taking a covid test and I finally agree after about 5 min. Covid was negative and he writes me my prescription and says have a good day and left the room. Him and his nurse were only concerned about covid and not what I was telling them my problem was.
