I once had a girl ask me to go for a walk here. It was misty, but warm. Theres a lot to see here and it was a wonderful place to get to know each other. Perfect really. Lots of wildlife, peaceful and not muddy even in the rain. Shes still hanging out with me. Not too shabby

yes, the walking trail is open to the public. Animals (on leash at all times are ok) but if you'd like to see the deer and other occupants of that well-maintained area please leave dogs at home. Kids are welcome😁 Word of advice....bring bottled water! and make sure you use "facilities" prior to walk because none are available on the trail. Enjoy!
Yes, I seen a lot of people with dogs on leashes. People pick up after them if they do go poop!
From parking back to car is just under 3 miles. Follow signs.
